At Cosse Orthodontics, they care about their patients. Their goal is to
create a memorable experience for their patients, as well as providing
outstanding orthodontic care. Dr. Chris Cosse and Dr. Jeff Silmon care
so much that they have implemented a program of interviewing the patients
and taking patient surveys regarding their care, the wooden nickel prizes,
and other subjects. "We want our patients to have fun during their
visits and to know that we care about them" states Dr. Jeff.
The following is an exit interview conducted on May 25, 2006 by Francine
Robertson Business Manager at Cosse Orthodontics. Sofia Moore came in
today to have her braces removed. This was an exciting day for her as
well as her mother. They were both ecstatic that the braces were coming
off by the target date promised by Dr. Chris Cosse. They were very impressed
with the speed and accuracy of the treatment. They were also delighted
by the willingness of the orthodontists and staff to work with their time
constraints to make their goals possible. The family came to Cosse Orthodontics
a year ago and expressed their wish of being finished with braces before
they moved to Colorado. The goal was met and Sofia is moving June 6th
to Colorado with a beautiful new smile, feeling ready to start her new
life and her sophomore year of high school without braces.
Here are some of the things that Sofia had to say about her orthodontic
experience:
It was a real blessing that I got them off in only one year. I was
lucky.
I felt like the Orthodontists and staff here want you to be happy.
They worked with our time schedule with our move. Dr. Chris kept his word
and got my treatment finished in a year.
The hardest part of having braces was the impressions.
Its amazing, the technology used here and how fast it works.
Sofias mom Lida had many wonderful things to say about her daughters
orthodontic treatment as well.
Suresmile was the tipping point for us in choosing this practice.
We interviewed three other orthodontists. Dr. Cosse is very charismatic,
friendly and was always making sure that we were happy.
Six weeks before our move, Dr. Cosse saw us on Monday at the Airline
office and arranged for us to go to the Carroll Street office on a Monday
to get a scan done for the suresmile wire. He said we would have this
wire in two weeks. It was very quick.
I had concerns towards the end about finishing on time, but the
suresmile wire really worked. It was amazing. Dr. Cosse was confident
the whole time.
