Island Park

Windermere Estates

Spring Lake at Willow Ridge
More and more people are moving to water and one of the best ways to do it around Shreveport may be the housing development of Spring Lake at Willow Ridge.  Willow Ridge overlooks the southern coast of Cross Lake, which is northwest of downtown Shreveport.  Spring Lake sits nestled into a lovely convergence of hills that roll their way down to Cross Lake and provides a beautiful backyard setting to any home built.  Every house has a view of Cross Lake from some window and many have turned their personal backyards into mini parks for celebrating the outdoor life. Some lots are still available through W.R. Twelve Oaks
Going to the end of Youree Drive used to not get you anywhere, but now all you have to do is take a right turn down Flournoy Lucas and you practically drive right in to Twelve Oaks.  This south Shreveport gated community has a ten year construction plan that has just about everything you could ever want.  I say just about because there are limits.  The development is close to everything and getting closer.  How can that be?  Well in a few short months, our lovely Hwy 3132 will run smack into Flournoy Lucas and give Twelve Oaks immediate access to I-49.  The master plan behind Twelve Oaks calls for individual living division within the community.  The first of these to be built is Middleton Place.  Already a thriving subdivision itself, Middleton Place is full of beautiful single family homes priced in the middle of the market for the area and complimented by the added architeture that Twelve Oaks has made a must for not only its builders but itself.  In addition, Charlston Court has recently opened and scaling things up a bit.  With some what larger lots and bigger floor plan houses, it is part of Twelve Oaks’ way of offering something for everyone.
